If any provision of these Terms is held invalid by a court having competent jurisdiction, such holding will not affect other provisions which shall remain in full force and effect. We reserve the right to take reasonable measures to mitigate risks or consequences associated with circumstances beyond our control (force majeure events).

19. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

We strive for fair resolution of disputes; however, any issues arising from these Terms may be resolved through arbitration administered by an independent third-party dispute resolution service.

20. REMOVAL OF ACCOUNTS AND WITHDRAWAL RESTRICTIONS

At our sole discretion and without prior notice to you, we reserve the right to delete or suspend accounts if necessary for regulatory compliance, risk management purposes, or maintenance of fairness standards.
